Most health care facilities administration professionals hold at least a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, Health Care Policy or a similar field. More and more prospective health care administrators are electing to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a Health Care Management emphasis. This advanced degree program teaches students the fundamentals of management along with the latest business leadership strategies.
