Medical Radiation Therapy Degree Programs: General Info
Completing an associate's degree in Medical Radiation Therapy may take as many as three years of in-class and practical training. In these programs students will learn how to administer medications, monitor patient vital signs, the theories of radiation physics and advanced patient care techniques. As they progress in the program, students will intern with a local hospital or clinic, learning from radiation therapists.
