Clinical nutritional services professionals provide their clients with personalized dietary advice and guidance. Some nutritionists work in research, developing new foodstuffs, additives and supplements. A bachelor's or master's degree in nutrition, food science or biology is required for most positions. Depending on federal, state and local regulations, a professional license may be required.
